These terms apply when you use firacrypto.com, including the free tools, accounts, watchlist alerts, safety reports and paid plans. By using the service you agree to them.
FiraCrypto is provided by Fira Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 07700391. Our registered office is 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA, United Kingdom. Contact us at [email protected] about these terms, your account or your data, at [email protected] about orders, plans and billing, and at [email protected] about security issues.
FiraCrypto provides automated information about token contracts, wallet addresses and exchanges, based on public on-chain data and third-party data sources such as GoPlus Security and CoinGecko, as available at the time of each check.
Results, scores and reports describe signals observed in that data. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, and not a verdict on the honesty or intent of any project, team or address owner.
Contract settings, liquidity, holder balances and address activity change over time, and third-party data can be incomplete or delayed. Always verify important information yourself before acting. FiraCrypto never holds your assets and never needs your private keys or seed phrase.
You must give an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
The Token Safety Report ($29) is generated automatically from live data for the contract you submit and is emailed to you as a PDF, normally within minutes of payment. A day or two later we scan the contract again and email you a refreshed report showing what changed. Priority, wallet, portfolio and complex portfolio reviews are prepared manually by the FiraCrypto team and delivered by email.
If a report does not arrive or cannot be produced for the contract you submitted, contact us and we will redeliver it or refund you.
Pro and Elite plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken.
We may change plan prices or features for future billing periods. We will tell you by email before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Automated Token Safety Report. This is digital content supplied immediately. By ordering it you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun. The follow-up rescan is part of the same report.
Subscriptions. Pro and Elite plans start at once, at your express request: before you subscribe you confirm "Start my plan now. If I cancel within 14 days, I get a refund minus the days I have used." If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, contact us and we will refund your first payment minus a proportionate amount for the days you have used.
Manually reviewed reports. Priority, wallet, portfolio and complex portfolio reviews ($79 and above) are services. Before you pay you confirm "Start work on my review now. If I cancel after work has started, I pay only for the work already done." You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we start work. If you cancel after work has started, we refund what you paid minus the value of the work already done.
We confirm these choices by email after you order or subscribe. To cancel a report or ask for a subscription refund, email [email protected].
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or call its APIs at volume, try to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful, including harassment or defamation of others. Do not present FiraCrypto results as an endorsement or accusation by Fira Software Ltd.
The website, software, reports and branding belong to Fira Software Ltd or its licensors. You may use your results and reports for your own decisions and share them with people you are advising. You may not resell or republish the service or its outputs as a product without our written permission.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or rate limits. We may update or improve features at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or losses caused by relying on third-party data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
